Top Stars Hotel

I was actually surprised about the quality of the property. It is listed as a one star hotel but would fulfill the criteria to be a 2-3 star hotel in just about any country. It is an accommodation only place without any breakfast room or so, but that is the only shortcoming. The rooms and the whole building are well appointed, fulfill all expectations you will have at a reasonablei middle class hotel. All in all it was a good and comfortable stay.

Reinlin was exceptionally helpful in accommodating uur family into 2 rooms at 11am even though check in time was at 1pm. We flew in from Melbourne enrout to South Africa. We had a 21 hour lay over, our flight landed at abu dabi 04h00, we hung around looking for accommodation until I was confirmed with booking.com, our connecting flight to SA was at 0200. We had to be at the airport 12am. I am extremely grateful that we were allowed to check in at 11am, had a well deserved shower and Reinlin gave us directions to the Golden Centre and a lovely restaurant across the mall where we had THE most delicious meal. Thank you to the front desk day and night shift as well for making sure our cab arrived just as we were checking out. Thank you to our very respectful concierge who helped move 12 suitcases. Thank you to the friendly cleaners as well. Will definitely recommend your hotel. And book again

This hotel surpassed my expectations. The staff was polite and friendly and the room was big and very clean.It was in the best location of Abu Dhabi, in the center, with everything around. Within few minutes walk, there were big super markets, and shops were you could find fresh fruits and anything to eat. Nearby many shops for clothes etc. Restaurants also. The bus station for all destinations was only 5 mins walk.The famous big FISH MARKET of Abu Dhabi ,which is a real paradise for fresh seafood, was accesible by Bus No 54, in 25 mins. The A2 bus station to the Airport, is just 10 mins walking from the Hotel, in front of MADINAT ZAYED SHOPPING CENTER and it takes only 1 hour to arrive. The beautiful Corniche beach is only 20 mins away by bus No 34, and 10 mins later you arrive in the famous MARINA MALL. For Dubai the bus starts every 20 mins from the MAIN BUS STATION,and takes about 2 hours and 20 mins to arrive. A DESERT SAFARI is a great experience and can easily be organised and start from the Hotel. All the people speak english, everything runs smoothly, safely and perfectly. I loved this country and this Hotel, I highly recommend them and I will come back at first opportunity.

The hotel is very serviceable. The check-in is, I would say, functionable. They don't worry about the clients more than they're are asked to. That is not a criticism. It's just a functional hotel. For being so close to so much action in that city it was very quiet. And there are plenty of malls and stores around if you have anything you need.

Excellent location in a bustling and lively neighborhood. The bed was large and comfortable. The room had an electric kettle, small refrigerator and they did provide tea and coffee pouches.
